"I believe that every athlete plays a significant role on the team. We win together, we lose together, there is no individual greater than the team. Football is a beautiful sport that anyone can play. There are different positions for different body types & skill levels. Although I'm extremely competitive, at the end of the day it's about creating character, forging relationships & preparing athletes for life after football. Victories on the field are important, however, the lessons taught on the field last are invaluable. Everyone deserves to be given respect, an opportunity, and treated fairly."
